Repairs

To handle complaints Isotron Systems BV and Isotron Systems BVBA use a RMA (Return Material Authorization) procedure. This procedure is developed to garantee a correct handling of the offered repairs in the most orderly fashion

Whenever you offer goods that need to be repaired you will need to fill out a RMA-form.  Please click here for the RMA-form.

The following information is key to handle your repair promptly:

1. your name, adress and city;
2. the reason for returning your product;
3. the specific data of the goods or instruments returned;
4. be as clear as possible when descibing the error (this can shorten the time to repair)

Sign the form and fax it to Isotron Systems at faxnumer +31 73 693 16 99.

After receiving your form we will send you the RMA, with a RMA-number. With clear registration of the RMA-number on the packing the goods can be send to our dispatch adress:
